modern premises at Beaverbank Business Park house the majority of
our 120 staff. Other staff members work at the Scottish Record
Office or for our Company Formations Division, Stephen Mabbott
Associates, 14 Mitchell Lane, Glasgow. |
| Millar
& Bryce is the largest of the private search firms in
Scotland, supplying legal services to over 1000 firms of Lawyers,
Accountants, Banks and other organisations. |
| All
our reports are from Public Registers. We cannot therefore,
guarantee the accuracy of information contained in these
Registers. However, Millar & Bryce carry extensive
professional indemnity insurance to cover any negligence on our
part. This insurance is on an each claim basis. |
| To
enable us to maintain and improve our service to our customers
Millar & Bryce has developed enhanced databases of public
records. We purchase the base information and add value by
incorporating relevant information from other sources. These
databases are unique to Millar & Bryce. |

maintain our position of market leader Millar & Bryce have
made a sustained investment in information technology. In addition
to the design and build of this website, our in-house I.T. team
continue to refine and develop our systems to meet the needs of
our customers. |
