Property Definition Services cover two very valuable areas. |

Property Definition Reports (PDR's) are the alternative to the
Registers of Scotland P16 report. Their purpose is to provide a
comparison between a property's legal extent, as claimed in the
title deeds and plans, and the extent as defined on the Ordnance
Survey map. |
| We
have instant access to the Ordnance Survey map, in digital format,
covering the whole of Scotland. This information is updated three
times per year. We also have access to historical Ordnance Survey
maps and to the records showing the registered extent of subjects
entered into the Land Register in operational counties. |

Deed Plans can be prepared from our mapping systems. These plans
are based on the Ordnance Survey map, meet all the Registers of
Scotland criteria for land registration, are available for any
subjects within Scotland and are usually available within two
working days. |
| We
can also piece together complex title investigations and prepare
plans showing the current extent of the subjects made up of
numerous titles.
