| Diligence
or Personal Searches can be fraught with difficulty because of the
many permutations of spelling and punctuation which can occur in
names and addresses. Particular skills are required to produce a
dependable result. |

& Bryce has a direct link to the Register of Inhibitions
computer, but we do not rely on it entirely, preferring to
maintain our own unique computerised database as well. Highly
experienced searchers check each day's entries against similar
names on our own database with the object of building a history of
entries against a person which can accommodate small variations in
spelling of names and address. Whilst our obligation, in common
with the Keeper and all other search agencies, extends only to
disclosing entries which are an exact match with the Memorandum,
we will usually draw attention to others which may be relevant. |

necessary, we can also obtain particulars of bankruptcy
proceedings and County Court Judgements taken against individuals
in England and Wales.
