To all our Customers

Update 23 March 2020

We are continuing to focus on the health and safety of our employees and their families during this difficult time. With effect of Tuesday 24 March, all of our staff members will be working from home, to ensure everyone has the additional security of not mixing with people outside their own family group, either in the office or in using public transport to/from it.

We are now fully executing our Business Continuity Plan with our processes and infrastructure providing a secure framework for business as usual. We are ready to support your requirements and we ask you to continue to use the established communication routes, via telephone, email or using our ordering platform MB Online. Our Sales and Customer Support teams are available to deal with your queries.

We also have a dedicated email address if you have any questions or require any further information in relation to how COVID-19 may impact our services. Please direct your enquiry to continuity@millar-bryce.com.

Please stay safe and look after each other.

Update 17 March 2020

We are facing an unprecedented situation. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting our everyday life, our communities and our businesses in Scotland. I would therefore like to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Millar & Bryce.

We are focused on the health and safety of our employees and their families. All of our employees have now been encouraged to work from home. Our cloud-based platforms and communications infrastructure are enabling us to work collaboratively with customers and suppliers from both our office and remote locations. We will be asking our customer-facing teams to work with you, our customers, through digital channels as much as possible so we can continue to service your needs, while keeping everyone safe.

Our business continuity program has been activated, enabling us to focus on providing the legal services you require. Almost all of our services are being delivered as normal. Where delays are to be expected, we will pro-actively inform you. We are liaising with our key suppliers, most notably Registers of Scotland and the local authorities, to establish the extent of their plans in terms of continuity of data supply and resilience of their key information systems.

The current situation provides a dynamic set of circumstances. We are committed to providing updates to you regularly should access or issues of data currency look to impact our services. These updates will be published on this page.

If you have any questions or require any further information in relation to how COVID-19 may impact our services, please direct your enquiry to our dedicated email account continuity@millar-bryce.com.

Please stay safe and look after each other.

Sincerely,

Richard Hepburn
Managing Director
