Millar & Bryce, in partnership with DUAL, has confirmed the return of its annual Edinburgh Comedy Festival Event, with this year’s event taking place on 19 August 2026 at SKYBar, Edinburgh.
A fourth year of laughter and connection
Now entering its fourth year, the Edinburgh Comedy Festival Event has become a regular and popular fixture in the Millar & Bryce and DUAL calendar. What began as an opportunity to bring clients and colleagues together during the festival season has grown into a much-anticipated annual event, attracting conveyancing, property and legal professionals from across Scotland.
The continued success of the event reflects the value of creating opportunities for the sector to connect beyond the workplace, celebrate professional relationships and enjoy the unique atmosphere that makes the Edinburgh Festival one of the most vibrant periods in the city’s calendar
What to expect
Guests can look forward to an evening that combines networking, hospitality and world-class comedy in one of Edinburgh’s most distinctive venues. Taking place during the height of the Edinburgh Festival, the event offers a chance for professionals from across Scotland’s legal and property sectors to come together in an informal setting away from the day-to-day demands of transactions, deadlines and client work.
The late afternoon will begin with drinks and refreshments, giving attendees the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, industry contacts and peers from across the conveyancing and property community. Guests will then enjoy a comedy showcase featuring two acclaimed performers from this year’s festival programme, all against the backdrop of panoramic views across Edinburgh from SKYBar.
As in previous years, the event has been designed to provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where professional relationships can be strengthened and new connections made while experiencing some of the best comedy talent performing during the festival season.
