In early 2022 we formed Landmark Scotland to bring localised property solutions from the wider Landmark Information Group to the Scottish market and to complement the well-established search offer from Millar & Bryce. We have adapted estate agency services provided through Landmark Estate Agency Services (LEAS) in England & Wales for Scottish estate agents, delivering these via an easy to use interactive portal, LandmarkAgent. These primarily focus at this stage on ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and beneficial ownership verification as well as enabling easy conveyancing referrals through the Optimus Scotland panel, another business unit within Landmark information Group. Further enhancements will follow to broaden the onboarding offer as well as further services all aimed at removing administration headaches and enabling estate agents’ to focus on selling properties.
