- We tailor our service to your specific transaction. This may include mapping any additional areas detailed in the underlying title deeds, or producing residue plans of complex titles to depict the current extent of the remaining subjects.

- Using state of the art technology, as well as producing a PDF Plan we can provide the spatial data for re-use by your clients and their wider project teams.
- We will complete, as standard, a check against bounding registered titles on every deed plan produced, to ensure that there are no underlying conflicts before this plan is approved by your clients.
