Land referencing is the formal investigation of rights held in land. It includes data relating to factors including ownership, environmental investigation and property rights.

    Yes, all searches and mapping in the project come with Millar & Bryce’s professional indemnity cover of up to £10m for both you and your client

  2. Can you produce individual plans?
    Yes, we can use the spatial data created as part of the project to create compliant deed plans. Alternatively you can print from the web portal to create on your own working plans.

  3. Can you produce a Book of Reference?
    Yes, we can use the ownership (and other rights) data to produce a compliant Book of Reference.
