As the Land Register in Scotland matures, Plans Reporting is an even more essential aspect of modern conveyancing. It flags up any potential issues with a plan or description that would lead to it being rejected when submitted for registration and, if done the Millar & Bryce way, Plans Reporting finds a solution to any issues raised.

A Choice of Plans Reports

We provide both Registers of Scotland Plans Reports, and our own in-house Millar & Bryce Plans Reports Service.

We are the only provider in Scotland offering a Plans Reports Service outside Registers of Scotland. Our Plans Reports adhere to the same standards as those of the Registers of Scotland, ensuring that deed plans meet registration requirements and that any potential cadastral conflicts are thoroughly addressed through rigorous procedures.

Our dedicated Search Team is composed of highly experienced professionals, many who possess over 40 years of expertise in Sasine searches and 30 years in Land Register matters, including several who have held senior plans positions at the Registers of Scotland.

Types of Plans Reports

Our Basic and Standard Plans Reports are delivered within a 24-hour service level agreement, with no extra charges for continuations.
